The 2017 ETHOS Conference will be held in Kirkland, Washington from Friday January 27th – Sunday January 29th, 2017. The conference aims to expand its reach from previous annual meetings, encouraging participation of Southern partners, international stoves experts, and development specialists with field experience in the transfer of cooking technologies.

Donate to the Mark Bryden Scholarship Fund

In 2015, in honor and recognition of his 15-year tenure as ETHOS Board President, the participants of ETHOS 2015 established the Mark Bryden Scholarship Fund to support participation in the ETHOS conference of one participant per year from a developing region (Africa/Asia/LAC) with direct field experience who would otherwise not be able to come. This fund will cover their airfare, lodging and meal costs.





Registration for ETHOS 2017 is open!

There is a registration fee of $60 (includes entrance to the conference and yearly dues) or $30 for students, seniors, and others with financial hardships. The registration fee covers the cost of the venue, refreshments, printed materials, and other miscellaneous costs.

You may pay by cash or check at the conference check-in desk at the time of your arrival if you absolutely cannot pay online.
